No permissions can be found though IMR Tools Package and plugin installed

My server host confirms that the Tools Package files are in the right place and I have installed the plugin.

But there are no permission I could set.

Heya looks like you need to send a log.
We recommend private messaging the log to us since these support tickets are public

Plugins seems to work now.

Those server host people weren't able to install this properly.
