Using /ucsetup does not change config file

I have tried setting up the server using /ucsetup as the command suggests. but after finishing this and closing the panel. The config files have not been changed. How do i make sure it saves before having to do all of this over again.

What changes are not saved, adding a link, changing the name, or ignoring the status of the new version?

Adding a link did not get saved. i had to do it again in the config file

Changed Status from Pending to Closed

Changed Fixed In to 3.0.1
