                    Reply(player, CannotDamage);

fix 

                    Reply(initiatorPlayer, CannotDamage);

 

Initiator of shooting a teammate would not receive the message "You cannot damage your clanmates!" CannotDamage
While receiver of the shots gets the message instead.
