Raiders shooting rock formation instead of base

My player's tc was next to the rock formation and all the raiders just kept shooting the rock formation behind his base instead of his walls. Don't know if this is fixable, but figured I'd let you know.

Its more of a rust glitch with the npc not much can be done to control it when they build by huge rocks..  the npc will come in from all sides.
