Add in for oil crater?

So I have been running this plugin now for many months and also use backpumpjack so players can find crude oil spots with survey charges.. I found if I remove backpumpjack no matter how many survey charges I throw I can't get a crude oil crater (tested 40 craters)..
I have the config set to true and change now at 100 and still get nothing. I tested this from 30 -100 and still not 1 oil crater... would be nice if a crater could be one or the other or by command or can place a pumpjack or quarry on the same crater.

I'm finding the same issue, so is it official that we cannot get oil craters with this plugin at the moment?
