Your host blocks plugins from downloading files, so the installer can’t fetch the extension. Open the Scrap Worm zip, copy Oxide.Ext.CrashExtensions.dll into RustDedicated_Data/Managed (on Carbon: carbon/extensions) with your host’s file manager, then restart the server. If the host doesn’t let you upload DLLs at all, ask their support to put that file there for you
