We tried the same thing on our test server and couldnt get it to happen, items move fine there both with Stacks running and after unloading it. In your video some drags work and some snap back, so I need a bit more info to catch it.

First, was the video recorded while Stacks was loaded, or after you unloaded it? Second, can you send your Stacks config and data file? Thats carbon/configs/Stacks.json and carbon/data/Stacks/Items.json (or oxide/config/Stacks.json and oxide/data/Stacks/Items.json on Oxide). Mostly wanna see if you set custom stack sizes for weapons or ammo.

Third, are you on Carbon or Oxide, and whats your plugin list? Especially anything else that touches stacks, like Stack Modifier or Loottable. And last one, can you check the server console right when an item snaps back? If any error shows up, just copy it here.
