Scrap Bonus not working for Barrels & Crates

From Scavenger Skill Tree,

Extra scrap bonus for barrels -  not working on road side brown & blue barrels

Extra scrap bonus for crates -  not working on toolcrate and brown crates

It does work, but it's chance based.

"Minimum additional scrap to be added to crates and barrels"

"Maximum additional scrap to be added to crates and barrels"

Those 2 values specify how much additional scrap the player will find. The buff value is the chance that they will find it.

I tested with crates and barrels on my server and they are working fine.

If it's not working on your server, it may be a conflict with another plugin overriding the loot.
