Roaming NPCs Keep Suiciding Quickly

Hello, the Roaming NPCs have suddenly started suiciding a minute or 2 after spawning.  I adjusted their config to disable suicide and made the timer for getting stuck set to 600, but they still suicide very quickly.  Is there a fix for this?  Thanks!
