Images break depending on uppercase or lowercase,and sometimes dont work at all

Panels will only display back round images once and awhile. We have tried adding the images both though the UI and also through the json. We host all our images locally, We also figured out that if your images have any uppercase letters in them behind the first letter it will also break image loading. We have unloaded, removed all files that pertain to the plugin. Shutdown server, restarted hosting server, removed any image caching that our hosting server it self does. We have removed every plugin from the server except for the required  image library. Then restarted game server, added plugin, and it continues to break certain images at random times. We also have used images from several image hosting sites, and it continues to break the image, or only loads images randomly.

Make sure your images are not to large in filesize. There is a limit on the file size thru ImageLibrary and Rust. I try to keep all images less then 1Mb
