Heli Signal Issues

hello im useing the hsbuy command like hsbuy easy and it give me the skinned item of the supply signal but when i throw it, it dont spawn the heli it just spawns an normal airdrop instead is there something im doing wrong thanks

would adding this signals to the shoppystock fix this issue as thats what im intended to do for players to buy them
