Rust Music Playing?

I set the music link to https://github.com/TheFriendlyChap/RustPlugins/raw/main/greeting1.mp3 and it just plays Rust music?
This is not right? What gives?

Please check if the internet audio stream is disabled in the game options

Lol. I had the option OFF, for some reason my brain was thinking "Censor Internet Audio. = OFF" Wow. I am a dumbass. Sorry to waste your time.

Where can I find that setting? My urls only work sometimes, and all the other times, it's default rust music, but I'm using the same mp3 links.
