PVE to PVP damage

I searched for this, but maybe i missed it somewhere. I have a PVE server running SimplePVE and Zone Manager. I have all the bases spawn as PVP zones, and I noticed a player inside the PVP zone can be shot by and take damage from a player outside in the PVE zone. Is there a setting I missed somewhere that prevents damage unless both players are in the PVP zone?  

hi, you can use the option in the profiles for that, Block Damage Outside Of The Dome To Players Inside

there is also a message sent to the attacker which you can disable in the config, Show Message For Block Damage Outside Of The Dome To Players Inside
