Text disappearing

so when trying to add text to a text field (not sure if I'm calling it the right thing) my text I put beyond no cuts off. Any idea how to make this work? I provided a screen shot below to help show what I'm talking about.

Hi! Please make sure you’re using the latest version of the plugin

Yes, current version is installed - still having issues. 

So I put the text shown below in a box 

Then when I leave that box to edit the one below I get this result: 

Formatting OFF still truncates text after leaving the box. It is not only rich-text related.

Im just gonna try different format methods. Its all good! I love this plugin btw, great job!!
