Unable to start after update bank

I change it regularly every month bank location It runs normally every time.
I changed the plugin and set up the bank settings, but nothing is running.
Enter /bhm create bank and it says it already exists.
But reloading the plugin multiple times didn't work.

Please make sure that the config, lang and data files are upto date with the latest version and NpcSpawn is on its latest patched version.
