Quarry Connection Issue

I have been testing the plugin in prep to deploy it on my servers. The issue I am having is that I am unable to connect the Quarry output, or the fuel input, to any industrial item other than a Conveyor. Steps I am taking:

1. Install adapter on Quarry

2. Hit adapter with hammer. I get the indication to hit the entity I want to connect the pipe to.

3. If I hit either a Splitter or Combiner I get a "Not Damaged" message in game, and the length of pipe and timer view come back up.

4. If I hit a Conveyor the pipe connects and I get the indication.

I am not sure if I am missing a config item or something else. I would appreciate any help.
