Make water bike spawn less easy?

I notice that players can easily spawn a waterbike when e.g. at oil rig and their boat got stolen.

This is very op in that case of course cause normally they would have to swim to get off there.

Is there any way to prevent this?

Maybe if spawning water bikes would only work on beaches?

I've added a config option to spawn water bike only on beaches.

Update to v1.2.0 and remove the config file

Changed Status from Pending to Closed

Changed Fixed In to 1.2.0
