can't automate planters

when i get in i have made everything spawn with industrial adparters i have got it to let me use the conversion tool but i can not get it to let me actually use the automation in the planters. when i click the automation button it says i do not have permission. where do i find this permission i have turned all the perms on in carbon panel i have went through the cfg folder and changed to allow it on the different levels. idk where else it would be
