Issue with sprinklers not turning on when tick is too fast

Hi there's an issue where the sprinklers won't turn on at the target water value, e.g. 5100 when the water rate is decreasing too rapidly in the planter. So this results in sprinklers going to Zero and never turning on. Particularly with heavy water plants like orchids.

Not sure what's causing this.

Is it not turning on or glitching and not watering?

It's watering but the the water doesn't apply. So the animation is going, but the planter doesn't receive any water.. I will try and record the issue.
