i am having issues with betternpc once its in and working it isnt removing the default npcs to replace with the betternpc's ones so i am ending up with like 50 npcs all running around the floating citadel

Hello, are you sure you have enabled Remove default NPCs in the custom data file for your monument? Can you send the file?
