I get this error in rcon app: 

Entity is NULL but is still in saveList - not destroyed properly? parachute[52805123]

I am not sure what the cause is but it appeared after the last Botrespawn update

Hi,
Thanks for reporting. This is fixed in the next version which I should be, hopefully, pushing today before wipe.

I assume that you did not manage to get the 'next' version out before wipe?
