Fresh Install, no NPC's

I'm hoping its something silly easy I'm missing. Just purchased BetterNPC, installed it properly as far as I can tell. everything loads up in console fine, no errors. but no NPC's anywhere. I am using Carbon. I Have re installed, NPCSpawn, I've created a /custom folder in monuments as it was an issue for some. Ive been looking for video's on they set-up/customizing of BetterNPC but cant find any.

Ive updated Npc Spawn again, Thought did already. now getting this error

You can close this, not sure what I did exactly but its working, its one of those things that only works if you ask why its not working...  Thanks anyhow.
