PVP to PVE

Hello, i cannot find the option to make this full PVE.  perhaps lock to the player or team that starts it.

Hello, perhaps you need PveMode plugin for this.

That would be very pity if that is so. So on the background you are beeing pushed to costs

You can view the PveMode parameters in the configuration of your event, find "PveMode" in the configuration.
