No NPCs

This is most likely due to the Npc change, but everything I've tried the custom NPCs aren't spawning.

Hi, you need to update the DLT, the developers changed something, so the developer released the update yesterday.

Okay, I fixed that issue -- however, I still have random Npcs walking around the custom monuments along with the custom npcs there and I can't get rid of them.
