Bradley Tiers Random Spawn

I there anyway that you can add an option to have random tier bradley spawn on a random road on the map.  And to have it happen on a timer?

would be possible no eta on the addition for that but it can allready be done on timed execute plugins using a command, i havent built in a despawn command yet so it would roam untill its destroyed
