Spawning underwater drowning at 014 every spawn

Spawning underwater drowning at 014 every spawn.
Weird glitchy behavior with terrain can't even run forward, as soon as I loaded another map and tested it was gone then tested again on sunrise map and go the weird glitchy rubber banding. Adding NoRain.cs plugin did not help

They changed size upload requirements to only 26KB I cannot compresss the image under that size sorry
