Weapon attachments not dropping off

Hey Khan,

Got a report of weapon attachments like muzzle break, boost, silencer not dropping off weapons when they break and keeping the weapon from firing.

Tried disabling "Weapon attachment stack fix" just to see if that might be the issue, but it looks like only unloading stack modifier allows the attachment to drop off and return to player inventory.

Just to be sure, tested with all other plugins and extensions (chaos, rustedit, etc) disabled on Oxide.
