Hello, my question is, a player reported it to me today, when he threw a signal, only the owner can't kill the NPC, but if they have a team, the person who is in the team can't kill the NPC, can't it be something wrong with the update?

the owner yes but as always and I think no one has told me anything now so I guess it's ok
