Currency Not changing

Before wipe I had all currency changed to scrap. after the wipe today it's not changing to scrap. Not sure why it would change the config after just a wipe.

Here you go, 

I've tried it this way and other way with "scrap" inn place of the 0. 

"Currency: 0 - item, 1 - Economics, 2 - Server Rewards": 0,
