Hello, I usually have a problem when a player places a hopper and has permission for a radius hopper and it doesn't work for him at the distance it should work. I don't see what the problem could be.

Could I ask for a solution to the problem, the plugin does not work as the player has, if he has the Use and VIP1 permissions, the given radius does not work
