Hello, please check for the file WipeStatus_Default.png (*SERVER*\oxide\data\AdvancedStatus\Images) in your data directory.
In the latest update, which added the ability to specify different styles for each wipe, the default name was changed from WipeStatus_Wipe to WipeStatus_Default.
