Issue with Plates working outside Raidable Bases Zones and not inside

Issue with Plates working outside Raidable Bases Zones and not inside for explosive damage from a players rockets and c4. Here is a video that explains it. It works great! But not within RaidableBases or AbandonedBases Zones.

Good. It's just that so far no one can say what the problem is. You need to try disabling plugins sequentially. Perhaps this way you will be able to understand which plugin affects the work.
