New Create Arenas

Hello, I'd like to build a new arena. I use the paste and copy plugin, but how do I copy everything, including the floor, from your pre-made arena? How did you copy it? What commands and what plugin did you use? I also wanted an arena on this site. I downloaded one, but they're not JSON files, they're pre-made files, and I couldn't do anything with them right now.

You can't build your own arenas using copy paste. I use a plugin that I built to capture the arenas and store them in a format that works for the game.

I plan to release an arena pack that will work with all of my arena plugins (excluding Survival Arena).

Okay. Do you offer the plugin here on this website?

Personally, I think that's a shame, and it would be a negative point for me, since you're tied to the game and can't create your own arena. Since I like building and am more of a creative person, I find that pretty stupid.

Admin Commands
/add_gg_arena <name> <radius>: Starts the creation of a new arena
/add_gg_spawnpoint: Adds a spawn point to the currently edited arena.
/add_gg_lobby: Sets the lobby position for the current arena.
/add_gg_max_players <number>: Sets the maximum player limit for the arena.
/add_gg_create <name>: Finalizes the creation of the arena and saves it.

It's not that kind of plugin.

It was built as a self contained game, like all of my arena plugins:

- Arena spawns in the sky, out of the way of other events/monuments/content.
- Players join the event without any risk (items and stats are all safely stored).
- The game is played and the winner is rewarded (along with participant rewards if you set that up).
- The game ends. Everyone is returned to their bodies and their items/stats restored.

It has no impact on the surface of your map, nor does it affect any other map.

I have just completed an update that will make arena files for Paintball, ZombieInfection, GunGame and my new King of the hill map all compatible with each other. I also plan to build some more maps.

The maps need to be built out of items that can be spawned in-game, such as admin rocks etc. How would you go building a map with those?

A Windows tool that converts Rust edit files to JSON files, or a plugin that can do this, would be a way to create your own arenas and use them with your plugin.

Are the new arenas already online on this website?

Paintball and ZombieInfection are available now. King of the hill will be released soon.

I don't have any plans to release a tool at this stage.
