Custom radios added by the admin as public are only available to users who have the same game language selected as the admin's current language. If I set a radio as public, it should be accessible to all users, regardless of their language. Alternatively, there should be an option to configure this. Please fix this.

Especially since I have players from all over the world, it's a pain in the arse setting up everything for all languages.
