Sorry bud but the support for this plugin is terrible. You really think many different people who clearly know how the plugin works previously would be coming here asking for help on your plugin, if it was only a permissions issue? 

Buy elsewhere is my solution

As already stated, our users already do have the required permissions, always have since we first loaded the plugin.

It has only been since this last forced wipe that this issue has started.

Why are we stuck on being told to give users permissions, when they already have them.

I think this might be costing you customers.
