Custom radios added by the admin as public are only available to users who have the same game language selected as the admin's current language. I think that if we set a radio as public, it should be accessible to all users, regardless of their language. Alternatively, there should be an option to configure this. Please fix this.

Its intended that way if you want to mix say english with another lang chang ya lang and add it
