This perk is not working properly. Even with a coefficient as high as 95%, getting hit by a C4 still leaves only 1 HP remaining.

Just tested on my server and its working.

I had a 75% reduction. The raw damage from the rocket was 235.79, and after the modifier took hold, It was reduced to 58.947 damage.
