Started using this plugin again as of this August wipe. No NPC's are spawning. Is it tied into the same issue as npcspawn, where once the server does a save, they don't respawn?

Hello, could you provide the NpcSpawn, BetterNpc, and Data folder configuration files (or the NpcSpawn and BetterNpc folders from it)?
