  "Skin Import Settings": {
    "Dev Mode - unlocks all skins"

 Hi Whisper  "Dev Mode - unlocks all skins" will this unlock all skins or only skins that are allowed? 

also, i made a few of my own skins but importing them don't work i get NODEFAULTSKINS message in chat
