if you comply with Facepunch rules the plugin deletes from data file all the skins you add manually even the free ones

Which skins are free?

All the ones i got from steam workshop deleted all of them i had more then 5k skins when i made the update and set it to comply with facepunch deleted all of them from the data file

Almost all of the skins are Facepunch skins.
A few items have 1-3 pages of skins from the workshop.

i added a lot from workshop and they where deleted barely stayed any skins

In your file that you sent, no more than 400 skins from the workshop.
And removing skins from the workshop is impossible, there are restrictions and checks in the code.
