Just purchased but getting a HTML document as the download please reupload file/s all other codefling downloads work but this one doesn't

nevermind I downloaded it on my phone and transfered it to my PC, its working but once a tool cupboard is placed when the train or wagon is static its fine but as soon as the train moves the tool cupboard just slides off and breaks also seems to go into creative mode when building because i noticed that my items don't disappear from my hotbar after placing/using.
