i guess it is a custom map. we get from rustmaps after telling it what we want. 

 

i loaded the plugins and i don't see anything driving around.

Hi, can i see your config files and logs? Try to reload plugin and check the console, maybe it will show something related to it. Also, do you have RustEdit dll installed?
