New tab next to mining for a custom Tree

So I run a PVE server and I would like to implement a new tab next to Mining for say one called VIP or Self so people can work for a lot of the perms my VIP's already have so example like double jump where the default players can work for the double jump perm but that tab could be toggled true or false if no one else has perms to add or perms to view said tab.

I have about 20 plugins I would love for my default players to be able to use if they don't want/can't pay for VIP and I want the players to enjoy themselves and not have to pay if they are poor like me.

I already added the 2 perms to teams and Scavenging but would love to see this expand into a tab that's fully customizable.

well I knew about the skills but didnt know you can add a whole new tree I'll have to look into that  thank you
