Question

Hi man, is there a way to make the meds coincide with other health regens like weed? I smoke a joint and gives me lets say 250hp I take some damage and use a lvl2 syringe and it knocks me down to 100hp. 

I have tried various different settings and can not figure out how to get the syringe to work like a normal one but add an extra bit of hp per syringe. lvl1 to add 20 lvl2 to add 25 and lvl3 to add 30 and same with bandage and medkits.
