What do I need to set to make the plugin work?

I added this to my server CFG or did I add it in the wrong place?

Sorry i am not here to and cant teach you how to run a server. If you would like to hire somone to teach you on how to run a rust server im sure there is people out there also you could Youtube some videos on how to add permissions youtube has some great tutorials.

Sorry, this is all new to me. I've already learned a lot about servers and plugins, but I don't know everything yet, and I think I made a mistake when I added it. I added "Jetevent.admin" to Server.cfg, which is why I got this error. I would be very grateful for your help.

it does not go there  watch the video i send. is the most help i can offer.
