Monument is graphically very broken and unusable.

This monument does not display correctly in water, due to water triggers the monument is visible from across the map under water because it glitches and clips through everything else that is visible; on top of that, once inside the monument all water disappears meaning that if you look out a window it looks like empty air and sky, completely erases the ocean and is very broken visually.
