Changing the percent chance of "Epic Loot Chance" in the Epic Loot configuration file to anything other than "5%" reflect in the Skill Description.

Problem/Solution:
SkillTree -> Language File -> EN -> Line 819 -> "5%" text is hard coded and does not pull from plugin.

That is because its being given by another plugin, so it cannot use it's lang entry. Change the lang value to match your value.
