Interference with Epic Loot

Whenever I have this installed, it resets the epic loot items people receive.
As soon as I unload and the customizable weapons/protection plugins, all of the Epic Loot items retain their enhancement.

I would LOVE to have both of these along side each other if possible.

I am not trying to enhance a customized weapon.  Just have them not remove the enhancements on the EL items.
