A FEW ISSUES I FOUND some minor others game breaking

Found a broken chunk on the rail road here N6, 
Dirt hills in the pump jack in the jungle L4 
Floating barricades c4 
rock sticking throw tunnel E7
Water clipping J8
Then No idea if this is post to be like this E13
