I use stacksizecontroller.

What would be the asset name to assign a stacksize to the EMP Grenades?

Just EMP-Electro & EMP-Overload?

If this plugin cannot be used to adjust stack size can you recommend another?

These grenades are created as a separate unique item, it is better not to let them drain, as they are supposed to be relatively rare, because they have a very strong effect on drones and will allow players to kill them very quickly.
